Bounty Pool Fee

The Bounty Pool Fee is calculated as a percentage of the total jump permit fee. The exact percentage is specified in the FTA package as a constant and can only be updated with consensus from the user community (cannot be unilaterally modified by the developers).

The Bounty Pool Fee goes to the Bounty Pool, which is used to pay out bounties for kills of those who show aggression towards the FTA. Bounty payouts are the only mechanism that funds can leave the Bounty Pool; no players, including the developers, can withdraw directly from it.
